Responsibilities

- Learn about our product offerings and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Participate in training sessions to develop your customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- No prior experience in customer service is required; we provide training.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
