In this role, you will support our Client Services team in managing and growing key accounts; collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic recommendations, data-driven insights, and exceptional client service; and manage high-impact ad campaigns with external media partners and internal colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a roster of key accounts by building strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and exceptional, responsive client service.
- Collaborate with our team to rapidly onboard new customers and provide data driven insights to clients.
- Consult with our Business Development leaders to identify ways to grow current accounts.
- Demonstrate strategic understanding and tactical expertise to improve campaigns and meet client KPIs across media spend.
- Manage and monitor vendor relationships with multiple media partners.
- Provide continual feedback, reporting, and insights to clients.
- Work with Allied leaders to help identify product opportunities and optimize operational systems.
- Help build our Client Services practice by creating and iterating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of consultative, client-facing work in campaigns and/or digital advertising.
- Experience building, analyzing, and presenting paid media reporting, including monitoring pace and performance for persuasion and impact.
- Highly effective time management skills – proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced campaign environment, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work independently on daily tasks, and collaborate across multiple teams with internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the paid media landscape, best practices, and benchmarks for success. Preference for experience managing reserve media and persuasion campaigns.
- You have excellent attention to detail, and you are 100% accountable.
- Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending smart strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university or equivalent years of experience..

Location and Hours:
This role can be hybrid or 100% remote. Work hours are consistently 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
