Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and collect outstanding accounts receivables to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
- Analyze and resolve denied, unpaid, or disputed claims with creativity and persistence.
- Leverage your knowledge of health insurance contracts to optimize collections.
- Document actions, prepare adjustments, and manage financial arrangements effectively.
- Serve as a trusted liaison for internal and external customers.
What You Bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in a revenue cycle, collections, or healthcare billing setting.
- Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to technology.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Physical & Remote Work Requirements:
- Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
- A secure, ergonomically sound home office setup with a strong internet connection.
