Position Summary
The Small Group Renewal Services Representative provides service assistance to broker producers to achieve maximum renewal retention results and installation of carrier products to existing small group market segment business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of case files with carrier partners
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers
- Collaborate with cross functional departments to implement renewal modifications
- Comply with carrier audit guidelines with respect to timeliness and accuracy
- Assist brokers with renewal retention by providing alternate product/carrier quoting
- Keep informed regarding carriers, products, procedures, systems, laws and legislation.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements
- Two-three years of related experience (health insurance, customer service)
- Must be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Excel)
