HR Coordinator – West Coast

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team to provide HR support to our various clients. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is interested in broadening their HR experience and will afford the right individual the opportunity to learn and grow their HR skill set as a member of our collaborative Human Resources Consulting team. The ideal candidate for this role will work remotely but must be based in the PST time zone.
The HR professional we are seeking typically will handle the following tasks, based on client needs:
Auditing, correcting and maintaining physical and digital employee documents and files
Administration of benefits, including monthly benefit reconciliations, enrollments/terms from client systems and benefit platforms, and answering employee questions
Employee onboarding, including offer letter generation and processing new hire paperwork
Termination administration
HRIS support – working in various systems
Supporting our senior HR team as needed. Including but not limited to; leave of absence administration (LOA, FMLA, PFL, etc.), employee relations and other duties as assigned
Open enrollment administration
Recruitment support
Compliance support and audits
The ideal candidate MUST possess:
1+ years of Human Resources or related experience
Resourceful, detail oriented and highly organized approach
Ability to communicate successfully with clients and co-workers
Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
Knowledge and comprehension of employment laws or HR related policies and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred
Salary:
Base Salary: $52,000 – $64,480
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including skills and experience.
