A growing pharmaceutical company based in Boston is seeking a Commercial Business Analyst to join their Data, Technology, and Engineering organization. This role will be partnering directly with the Commercial Operations team and requires functional knowledge and experience in Sales Performance and Marketing Field Metrics. The role will be focused on gathering requirements, understanding the data, and work with the business to enhance the dashboard usability. This is a great opportunity to work in a biopharmaceutical company on a remote basis!
Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirements & Design:
o Help development team with structure & usability of dashboards (e.g. user friendliness, clear definitions)
o Help with specific drill-downs / dashboard functionality (optimize for user experience)
o Develop wire-frames and mock-ups based on new user requirements
o Help facilitate design sessions with field champion team to develop requirements
o Translate business requirements into high level functional requirements (user stories)
o Define acceptance criteria for each user story and ensure all intake requirements are met
o Work with business stakeholders to prioritize backlog enhancements based on business value, effort and need by date.
o Facilitate requirement refinement sessions with data architects, reporting team, SME, and data owners.
Compensation:
$70/hour to $90/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
o 3+ years of dedicated experience in sales performance and field metrics, data and analytics (Commercial Operations)
o 5+ Biopharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
o Demonstrated ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into functional specifications
o Able to manage own workload with minimal direction - Agile environment
