Position Highlights:
- Student Loan Repayment: This position is eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

Job Summary
- Provide cutting edge medical surgical care with manageable nurse to patient ratios of 1 to 3-4
- Perform assessments, develop plans of care, implement and evaluate care
- Nurses are members of a collaborative team to assure the safe and accurate delivery of care.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduate of nursing program in August 2025
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Eligible in August 2025 for licensing as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state license required.
- BLS and ACLS preferred--will be provided if not present on hire
- Certification encouraged--may be eligible for hourly differential
Work Schedule
Day/Night Shift, e/o wknd/hol, occas call; 72hrs/2wks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
