You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with garnishment orders and provider registration processes while achieving productivity and quality targets. Cognizant is looking to add a Transaction Processing Associate to join our team and partner with us in the Insurance and Financial industry. Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Inbound/ Outbound phone calls
- Minimum of 1 year experience in accounts payable or payroll, payroll garnishments, provider registration, processing payments or similar experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ADP or similar software
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve Garnishments mails, interpret Garnishment orders, upload Garnishment orders, and liaison with legal on any Garnishment queries
- Coordinate and respond to ADP on any queries and questions
- Achieve process SLAs and metrics, productivity and quality targets within the established timelines
- Place outbound calls to request required W9 documentation needed for provider registration
- Receive inbound calls pertaining to registration queries
- Capture data accurately and timely into system
- Attach proper documentation for audit purposes
- Contribute towards creation of knowledge updates & stay updated with process knowledge and changes
The hourly rate for this position is between $17.50 - $21.60 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
