Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join their team. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and gain valuable experience in the legal industry. This role is mainly remote, with very occasional office/client visits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Assist in trial preparation
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop case strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
- 2+ years of experience as an attorney is preferred.
- Experience in construction defect or insurance defense
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Salary up 150K DOE
