As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will provide operations support with data management and administrative related duties for client's waste and recycling program. You'll be responsible for accuracy of data, educating field team of proper procedures, and assisting with client requests and communications.
What You'll Do:
- Review and understand lease agreements for client specific needs; work with landlords to ensure compliance.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- Track, monitor and coordinate all related waste and recycling program data to prepare program reports presented directly to the client.
- Execute inquires to resolution from the client related to waste and recycling data.
- Facilitate waste removal service responsibility changes.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having an opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Collaborate with team to meet customer timelines and requirements.
- Interpret instructions and communications, seeking clarification as needed.
- Apply established procedures to address simple problems with minimal discretion.
- Clearly outline duties, methods, and tasks to ensure impactful results.
- Produce work by adhering to established procedures and processes with close supervision and guidance
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- The person in this position must reside in the Pacific Time Zone.
- High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to adhere to fundamental work procedures and standards in task execution.
- Ability to communicate clearly and share basic information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

The minimum salary for the Business Operations Coordinator position is $25.96 per hour and the maximum salary for the Business Operations Coordinator position is $31.73 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
