Summary:
Our Inside Sales Rep's play a key role in achieving our sales and revenue growth objectives. In this position, you will make outbound calls and handle customer contacts through all channels to meet the goal of converting leads to generate new units, RMR and sales. Supports lead generation through various outbound campaigns.
What You'll Do:
- Through all channels, handle inbound residential leads for all areas and close sales for both new and existing customers, including addons and upgrades. Achieve monthly quotas for new units, RMR and bookings.
- Through all channels, work with existing customers who are moving to a new location. The goal is to capture both the COE sale and the customer’s new property.
- Proactively communicate with existing customers to increase sales of our products and services, including contact with customers within 6 months of contract renewal and review services and opportunities for addons and upgrades with the goal of renewing contract with customer.
- Generate new units, RMR and bookings from referrals obtained through existing sales contacts.
- Support specific lead generation projects through various outbound & inbound campaigns.
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-Year: Outside/Inside Sales Experience
- Sales ability / persuasiveness
- Customer Service
