We are seeking a technical, process & detail-oriented Senior Consultant to focus on the continued build of Enterprise Risk Management and Audit platform, partnering with multiple teams to execute their roadmaps concurrently while supporting multiple regulatory and compliance frameworks, like SOX, FTC and ISO27001. This person will be a key member of then Internal SOX and Compliance team, working across the Engineering and other key teams seeking to identify the opportunities to manage and mitigate areas of risk.
Assist with all stages of the annual SOX program. This includes coordinating testing with management, formulating and conducting test plans, and reviewing observations and recommendations with IT process owners.
Assist with the building of multiple audit programs by resolving the objective, scope, and work program of individual audits
Background in developing and maintaining security policies, processes, procedures, and standards
Perform process walkthroughs and perform testing of key ICFRs.
Perform continuous monitoring and status reporting to ensure transparency and communication of progression throughout the various SOX cycles/ milestones.
Knowledge of and prior hands-on experience in GRC tools/ technologies
Understanding of internal control frameworks (COSO)
Understanding of the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley
Minimum 4-6+ years of relevant experience with a strong background in internal control reviews
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent education requirements.
Previous Big 4 Public Accounting experience
Strong people and communication skills to manage the information gathering and positively influence others
