Our state-of-the-art Pediatric Transplant Unit serves patients receiving care
for life-saving organ transplants, including liver, small bowel and multi-organ
transplants (liver, stomach, small bowel, kidney, pancreas and colon). As one
of only seven centers that perform pediatric small bowel and multi-visceral
organ transplants, the Transplant Center for Children is the nation's third largest
transplant program. In fact, we perform five times as many transplants as the
average transplant program. Our Pediatric Transplant Team provides complex
medical and surgical care for patients regionally, nationally and
internationally. Our team is notable for its high success rates, history of
innovation, cohesive teamwork and family-friendly approach to the transplant
process. The nurses on this unit work in collaboration with physicians,
registered dieticians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, social workers,
physical/occupational/speech therapists, clinical technicians and child-life
specialists to deliver high-quality care, transplant-focused care.

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Recognition
Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
- Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
This position has a hiring range of $38.00 - $63.30
