Lead AWS Cloud Developer w/ DevOps, Angular and NodeJS (On-site)

Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Lead AWS Developer with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities
• Communicate with end-users (clients) and interact with technical teams.
• Troubleshoot end-users’ issues and determine the root cause of the issue - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to the end-users.
• Provide data fixes to resolve backend data related issues.
• Provide detailed documentation for code-level defects.
• Lead sub-production upgrade activities for responsible applications.
• Learn end-to-end flow for new applications.
• Monitor applications, handle outages/maintenance/upgrade activities.
• Be pro-active and determine ways to improve application performance (infra and app specific).
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough continuous monitoring/testing/code & infr0061 walkthrough.
• Provide technical guidance to the application team in case of issues determined during troubleshooting.
• Utilize AWS services and monitor key performance indicators to determine how the application is running.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving skills and knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
• AWS Services Knowledge/experience – Cloud front, Route53, Security, Certificate Man-ager, Logging, Lambda, S3, EC2 and other key services.
• Grafana experience.
• ServiceNow experience as an end-user as this will be the ticketing tool (no development experience needed for ServiceNow).
• Database knowledge and expertise – SQL, DynamoDB, PostGre, SubProd data refresh, Data fixes.
• Good expertise in NodeJS, Angular, Java.
• Very good troubleshooting and application support expertise as it requires app monitoring, outage handling, upgrade and maintenance activities including infrastructure level support handling.
• Excellent communication skills – requires interaction with multiple teams, end-users, infrastructure point of contacts and pro-active communication with different teams.
• Good problem-solving skills as this is primarily a lead support engineering position.
