A company is looking for a Medical Customer Experience Specialist to provide compassionate support to patients in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medical orders and coordinate with healthcare providers
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, verify insurance coverage, and process orders
- Document patient records and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience with patient data entry in an EMR system
- Current or previous CNA license, HHA certification, or similar qualification is preferred
- Call center experience is preferred
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus
