A company is looking for a Medical Billing Assistant Call Center Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor call interactions for quality assurance and compliance
- Conduct coaching and training sessions for team members
- Manage patient responsibility data and improve collections and productivity
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years' experience with patient data entry into EMR systems
- Call center experience in healthcare or patient services preferred
- Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) preferred
- Experience in supervising or mentoring call center staff preferred
