Broadridge is growing! We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join our dynamic operations team for the upcoming 2025 Proxy Season. As a Seasonal Operations Team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service during our busiest time of the year. This role requires you to assist with various product and process support tasks across different client segments within the financial industry.
This is a temporary contract position lasting from December/January through the end of May 2025, with the possibility of extension. The hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurately entering request information into an Access tracking database
- Responsible for processing high volumes of requests accurately
- Processing document conversions
- Display responsibility and accountability by being prepared, punctual, and taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion without compromising on quality, thereby contributing to favorable client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Must be familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, Access, and Teams
- Ability to process high volumes of requests accurately with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate professionally with internal departments
- Ability to work closely with others as a team
- Exhibit flexibility to accommodate extended hours and overtime during peak weeks
Compensation range: $22.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
