We're in search of a Team Support Specialist - Access and Intake - to join our growing team
- Demonstrate ability to engage consumers in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability or phase of recovery. Direct work with persons served is limited.
- Data entry of client information into various systems and/or modules including authorizations, insurance policies, benefit plans, BH TEDS and WSA online state registry system.
- Responsible for answering and triaging internal and external email and telephone calls.
- Opening client charts in electronic medical records.
- May take and maintain Team meeting minutes as requested.
OTHER DUTIES
All other duties that are general in nature and are related to the scope and practice for this position.
