We are currently seeking a full-time Reimbursement Supervisor for our HMO Billing Team. The ideal candidate has experience with ensuring proper financial reimbursement for health insurance claims. Additionally, you may be a great candidate if you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with the Microsoft Office suite of solutions, can maintain attention to detail under varying scenarios, are skilled at time management, and meeting deadlines. A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Working with clients to meet end-of-month closing deadlines and ensuring all reports and reconciliations are complete and verifying all outstanding visits have been locked
- Performing all job-related training for offshore and local staff
- Meeting with staff weekly as a group and monthly on an individual basis, and providing performance feedback
- Receiving, reviewing, approving, and /or denying incoming revenue adjustments under $250.00 or as designated by the client
- Receiving, reviewing, approving, and/or denying incoming time off requests and timesheets from staff via Workday. Tracking daily attendance and managing work shifts due to absences from offshore staff
- Coordinating month-end process and completing it on or before the deadline dates assigned
- Analyzing weekly/monthly reports such as denial and transaction reports.
