Advance Local is looking for an Ad Trafficker to join our team. The ad trafficker facilitates the transmission of all print and digital ad volume and ensures proper materials have been delivered and submitted to the appropriate ad production group.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience in a related field or comparable experience, preferred
- Computer software proficiency
- Computer experience with Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Mac OS and PC, preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to use Xpance and Jivox creative programs to build print and digital ads
- Flexiblity to work different schedules during the week.
In this position, you will:
- Confirm creative print and digital ad submissions for completeness
- Contribute to ad production department as necessary, including design
- Be able to create reports as needed
- Perform production workflow troubleshooting while on deadline, including backtracking ads to discover errors
- Establish and maintain quality, productive relationships with sales staff, advertising clients, and satellite hubs
- Lead communication regarding ad statuses with Local Media Groups, including providing daily lists showing missing ads and ads still out for approval.
