Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services and assist clients with their requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a well-organized digital filing system and document all client interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer support processes and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide informed assistance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and constructive ideas.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual capacity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage but not required.
