The Director of Psychiatric Nursing is a collaborative member of the behavioral health leaderships team who will integrate and coordinate patient centric nursing practices with a focus on service excellence, while developing and directing the activities of the department in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care standards. This leader will strive to achieve the organization's mission of providing excellent patient care and establish standards of excellence in nursing and technicians' practices through a commitment to patient advocacy and innovative patient care in a climate of trust and collaboration. This leader will supervise the Nursing leadership team to include supervisors, coordinators, managers, and the educator. This leader will participate in the behavioral health administrative on-call rotation.
We provide a competitive range of compensation for this position. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience and specific worksite location.
The Pay Range for this position is $123,448 to 157,040. It is possible that this position can be hired outside of this salary range based on experience.
