What you’ll be doing
- Prepare food to coordinate with meal hours
- Memorize menu, kitchen abbreviations, plating and food portions
- Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow sanitation and food production codes
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils and appliances
