WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of experience designing enterprise B2B SaaS applications. This freelance contractor will be expected to consult with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders and the product development team to define design standards and create interfaces reflective of modern UI/UX for enterprise SaaS applications.
The ideal freelance contractor will have a strong understanding of User Interface Design, User Experience Design principles, front-end development technologies, and be comfortable working in an Agile environment.
Timeframe: To be determined based on project scope (around 2-3 months)
Location: Remote, part-time, Monday-Friday, with a requirement of 20-40 hours per week dedicated to Pereview, depending on project timeframes.
Equipment: Freelancer must have access to their own laptop, as we will not be able to provide one for this role.

- Capability to gather design requirements and set priorities with internal stakeholders
- Ability to deliver expert-quality work within time and budget requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design for enterprise Saas applications required
- 8+ years of experience with Figma with a focus on enterprise application development
- Knowledge of Kendo Grid capabilities, limitations, or comparable technology and commitment to learning.
- Business intelligence visualization for financial applications is strongly preferred
- Understanding of modern UI/UX design trends, User Experience Design principles, and end user expectations
- Strong understanding of front-end development technologies is strongly preferred
- Meticulous documentation of design decisions and impact across the project for design adherence over time
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform consultative discovery interviews of key stakeholders including Senior leaders, product, and front-end developers
- Audit backlog of UI/UX design requirements and prioritize those based on stakeholders interviews
- Define an approach for incorporating modern enterprise SaaS application design standards with menus, workflows, and various screens throughout the platform aligned to corporate band standards
- Design with the outcome in mind of creating an intuitive, user-friendly interface capable of delivering a seamless user experience
- Define menu taxonomy for the platform with product owners and provide various design approaches for review and acceptance
- Ensure ADA compliance and responsive design compatibility across a variety of devices and browsers
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with back-end systems
- Create designs in Figma for front end developers with the goal of scalability, efficiency, reuse, and standardization to accelerate the UI/UX design and development process
- Troubleshoot UI/UX problems and implement solutions
