Online Booking Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee online booking requests from clients, ensuring accurate data entry and processing
Communicate effectively with clients to confirm bookings and provide detailed information regarding services offered
Maintain and update the online booking system, ensuring all services are current and available
Provide customer support to address inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless booking experience for clients
Analyze booking trends and provide feedback for improving the booking process
Assist with marketing initiatives related to promoting online booking services

Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles is an advantage
Familiarity with online booking systems or software is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
