Position Summary
As a Product Manager at Carenet Health, you will play a crucial role in expanding our digital product offerings. You will collaborate with Business Owners, Solution Architects, Engineering Managers, and User Experience Designers to leverage technology and create valuable solutions. This role reports directly to the Director of Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Drive product and business planning processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Bridge Business and IT: Serve as the crucial link between business stakeholders and the IT team to align requirements and strategies.
- Drive Product Planning and Lifecycle Management: Oversee product planning, execution, and lifecycle management, from initial concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with the product vision and company strategy.
- Analyze and Strategize: Analyze product requirements, develop effective strategies, and set success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
- Manage Timelines and Processes: Develop, implement, and manage production timelines and processes across various departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with business, engineering, and implementation teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive process improvements.
- Utilize SQL and Evaluate APIs: Use SQL database queries for performance analysis and experiment evaluation, and assess third-party APIs to develop integration plans.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work with architects and engineers to review designs, approve solutions, and ensure scalability.
- Provide Training and Documentation: Offer internal and customer training on product usage, maintain product documentation, and oversee the preparation of client release notes.
- Act as a Product Evangelist: Advocate for the product within the technical community and act as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven success in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Background in software development and a deep understanding of the product development process.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies and experience with project management tools.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market insights to drive product decisions.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
