What You'll Do:
- Handle Inbound Customer Calls: You will be the first point of contact for brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions, handling inquiries related to checking accounts, debit cards, ACH transactions, and bill payments.
- Provide Accurate and Efficient Solutions: Utilize your knowledge and tools to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Follow Call Handling Techniques: Adhere to established call handling procedures, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and meet the company’s quality standards.
- Support a Variety of Financial Transactions: From assisting with bill payments to helping clients navigate ACH transfers, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through a wide range of financial services.
- Document and Track Customer Interactions: Record all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Proactively Troubleshoot Issues: Beyond answering routine inquiries, you'll actively troubleshoot customer concerns.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs): As part of the customer care team, you will be tasked with maintaining specific performance metrics, including call resolution times, customer satisfaction ratings, and adherence to daily call quotas.
- Assist with General Account Management: Whether it’s updating personal information, managing account preferences, or helping customers understand their statements, you’ll provide comprehensive account support to ensure customers' needs are met fully.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: 1-2+ years of call center customer service experience, in the financial services sector required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and resolving inquiries with care and accuracy.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality.
Shift Options (East Coast Time):
- 8AM EST - 5PM EST
- 10AM EST - 7PM EST
