Now hiring for a Remote Contract Compliance Administrative Assistant!
This is a fully remote temporary position (6-7 months)
Pay Range: $15-$17/hour
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm PST
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vendor audit questionnaire process and ensure compliance
- Mail out audit questionnaires monthly to vendors
- Review returned questionnaires and ensures that responses are compliant
- Update system with acceptable, audit questionnaires
- File completed copies in vendors’ contract folders
- Call and send emails to vendors that fail to submit the questionnaires
- Send out certification of compliance letters
- Send out contract amendments
- Additional duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
- Previous contract administrative experience a plus
- 2+ years of administrative support experience required
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.) required
- Bilingual Spanish major plus!
