Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager in desk management and client relationship development
- Assist in the renewal process, including creating applications and preparing quote presentations
- Manage customer service inquiries and maintain agency management systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
- Possess current and active P&C license
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
