What you’ll do
- Sales enablement: Collaborate with the Mambu’s Commercial teams to provide the necessary resources and tools to effectively sell our products. Guide commercial teams to effectively position Mambu’s products and solutions in the market from both a value and feature perspective.
- Training and development: Develop and deliver training sessions both virtually and in-class and materials to enable commercial stakeholders on our products and solutions, commercial techniques, and market positioning. This will include best practice enablement material across several areas: Sales process, GTM propositions, sales skills, human skills, mindset built.
- Stakeholder management and relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial stakeholders including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Partners, Marketing, Delivery & Onboarding, Customer Success Management acting as a liaison between Commercial and other internal teams including Product Management and Product Marketing.
- Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and advancements from Mambu’s product and engineering roadmap to ensure that commercial stakeholders have accurate and current information.
- Customer knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest Customers and the value that they are able to drive from Mambu’s platform to ensure that commercial stakeholders have accurate and current information.
- Competitor knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the positioning of Competitors and how they compare with Mambu’s platform to ensure that commercial stakeholders have accurate and current information in battlecards to be able to defend Mambu’s position.
- Market knowledge: Stay up-to-date with trends in banking and financial services and how Mambu’s platform can support to ensure that commercial stakeholders have accurate and current information in collateral to address. In addition, leverage 3rd party content to better enable Mambu’s commercial organisation.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ Years of experience in enablement, sales and sales management
- Experience with LMS tools and enablement tools is a plus
- SaaS technology sales experience is preferred
- Banking/Fintech experience is preferred
- Strong personal intrinsic motivation
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to equip and inspire individuals and teams
- Ability to engage with multiple levels and roles in a commercial organisation
- Understand what motivates the different roles within a commercial organisation
- Coaching skills
- You can work across geographical and cultural boundaries
- Strong English skills
- Willingness to travel globally
