We’re looking for a Member Services Associate to help support daily member interaction activities, including telephone and email inquiries. Work directly with members to resolve all non-clinical service questions or issues. Responsible for ensuring all incoming member inquiries are addressed in an accurate and efficient manner.
Schedule: Ability to work at least one of the following shifts that fall within the Member Services hours of operation of 8am-6pm EST.
Shift options: 8-4:30pm EST, 8:30-5pm EST, 9-5:30pm or 9:30-6pm EST Monday-Friday with potential for weekend shifts
What You'll Do as a Member Services Associate:
- Support day-to-day Member Service operations including taking phone calls, responding to emails, and chats from current and prospective Brightside members
- Solve routine and complex issues; escalating member issues to the appropriate teams according to document processes
- Apply training, supporting inquiries by reviewing self service materials to independently resolve
- Cover weekend phone and email support if needed
- Escalate and/or triage issues as needed
- Display active listening and patience to all existing and potential customers
- Interact effectively with various teams to provide assistance and information
- Perform additional duties as required
