Job Description:
At Regions, the Contact Center Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for initiating transactions for Regions’ products and services through the utilization of direct calls and referrals from customer service and marketing leads.
Primary Responsibilities
- Opens and funds new accounts for customers via phone and internet channels
- Provides excellent customer service and provides answers to client questions within set standards
- Provides customers with advice, guidance, and education on the full range of bank products and services Regions offers
- Achieves or exceeds performance targets monthly for quality assurance and efficiency
- Utilizes inbound/outbound telephone techniques to solidify and build client relationships
- Completes all required documentation to process customer transactions
- Follows through on customer inquiries, requests, or complaints
- Resolves issues promptly
- Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of experience in customer service/sales
If applying for a position that will work from a remote location and not in a Regions facility, the following technical specifications will be required:
- Download speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps). The Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be able to furnish this information
- Upload speed of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps). The Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be able to furnish this information
- Must test on speedtest.net to confirm download speed or provide documentation from provider
- Satellite internet cannot be used. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi extenders is not permitted when using Regions Equipment. Ethernet cable must be directly connected from the Internet Router to the Meraki device (provided by Regions).

TRAINING AND WORK FROM HOME
Onsite Training Requirement for minimum of 90 days. Training Location is based out of Nashville, TN. After training, associate will be able to work remote.
- Training Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST
- Availableshift following training:10am-7pm CST Monday- Friday w/Saturday rotation of 8am-2pm CST every 2 out of 5 Saturdays

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
