Note: This position is fully remote. All candidates must be able to meet all work from home requirements listed below. In order to be considered for this opportunity, applicants must reside in Atlanta, GA
The Mission:
Dive into the digital realm as a Fraud CSR, where you'll protect millions of players by investigating suspicious activities across our client's gaming platform. If you love solving puzzles, have a passion for gaming, and want to make the gaming world safer, this could be your perfect next move.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Solving complex fraud cases using cutting-edge investigation tools
- Analyzing digital footprints to separate legitimate transactions from fraudulent ones
- Collaborating with an elite fraud prevention team
- Staying one step ahead of emerging fraud trends
- Making the gaming world safer for everyone
You're our ideal candidate if you have:
- A detective's eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment
- 1+ year of technical support experience that proves you speak 'tech'
- Gaming knowledge that shows you understand the player's world (Active League of Legends or VALORANT players, we're looking at you!)
- Network troubleshooting abilities
- Quick learning capabilities for new software and tools
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Problem-solving skills that would impress Sherlock Holmes
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts like you're teaching a friend
- English communication skills that would make Shakespeare proud
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments
- The power to maintain composure when facing challenges
- Available to work 40 hours/week between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
- Schedule flexibility for business needs
