A company is looking for a Subrogation Specialist to manage collections and coordinate dispute resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect outstanding balances and provide necessary documentation
- Negotiate claims resolution with insurance carriers and responsible parties
- Prepare investigative correspondence and acquire background information as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in 3rd party collections and/or subrogation
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
- Dependability and customer service experience required
- Critical thinker with strong organizational skills
