ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and maintains advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Crafts and optimizes Power BI data models and DAX queries.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance BI infrastructure.
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics.
- Mentor team members in best practices of Power BI solutions.
- Maintain documentation for BI processes and analytics.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a BI Analyst with advanced expertise in Power BI.
- Ability to manage the full lifecycle of BI projects from development to administration.
- Strong knowledge connecting to data warehouses and other data sources.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with SSRS and SSIS.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
