Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required;
- Prior mortgage lending experience and EllieMae Encompass 360 experience a plus but not required;
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Experience in a fast paced work environment, ability to multitask and strong written and oral communication skills;
- Must be able to work in a team setting and be detail oriented.
- Renovation loan experience a plus!!!
Position Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to borrowers, contractors and all relevant parties;
- Ensure renovations are conducted within appropriate guidelines and time constraints;
- Responsible for managing 203k, 203k Limited, One Time Close and Homestyle Renovation loans;
- Other duties as assigned.
