This position is responsible for assisting in performing random and/or assigned field investigations, observations, and provider relations support.
This role...
- Assists in scheduling field work in collaboration with organizational leadership.
- Assists with performing scheduled and random visits to healthcare facilities and contracted providers to verify level of service, provider's adherence to contract standards for drivers and vehicles, and on-time performance.
- Supports tracking and maintaining train-the-trainer certification for Passenger Assistance.
- Occasionally attends random or scheduled training sessions being conducted by third-party trainers to ensure trainers are maintaining the CTAA/NSC instructional standard.
- Provides assistance on determining trainer compliance with CTAA/NSC training.
- Informs leadership of findings and provides support in creating an appropriate action plan.
- Supports the oversight of training compliance with the organization's prescribed curriculum.
- Supports network digitization, platform utilization, and other market specific initiatives.
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
We are looking for someone with the following:
- High School Diploma required.
- Zero (0) plus years of experience.
- Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations.
- Basic knowledge of local area road laws and regulations and the ability to read and follow maps and/or GPS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to train a prescribed curriculum.
- Ability to follow complex instructions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Willing and able to travel locally 75%+ within assigned state.
- Ability to use a hands-free mobile phone.
Pay range: $14.23 - $19.21/Hourly
