What will you work on?
Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, theĀ Implementation ConsultantĀ is highly detail-oriented, an expert in translating business requirements into solution configuration, and an expert communicator and presenter. You will work on confirming customer requirements and translating them into an effective process within the Clariti Solution. You will work with a team of both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner resources dedicated to successful project implementations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be comfortable and confident in navigating and configuring our solution and demonstrating proof-of-concept and final solution deliverables to Clariti, partner, and customer audiences. You will play a pivotal role in delivering our solution implementations by leveraging your expertise in the Clariti solution and the various implementation methodologies.
As aĀ Implementation SpecialistĀ at Clariti, youāll get to :
- Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements regarding Clariti Software products and functionality to ensure efficient software solutions for the clientās needs.
- Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific software design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, processes, and other relevant changes using Clariti best practices.Ā
- Utilize knowledge of the Salesforce platform to propose solutions to business and technical problems in a way that are complimentary to the Clariti solution.Ā
- Leverage expert knowledge of the Clariti solution to propose solutions to customer business requirements.
- Expertly communicate and negotiate with customers, partners, and internal Clariti teams in a consultative manner to arrive at technical solutions to customer business requirements, validating alignment of those solutions to Clariti's best practices and project scope.
- Support the SI partner and/or Clariti teams to deliver capabilities using the Clariti solution and Salesforce platform.
- You will serve as the Clariti software expert for one or more clients.
- Expertly communicate with customers, partners, and internal Clariti teams to overcome challenges and ensure the achievement of design objectives.
- Leverage SDLC, Salesforce, and Clariti knowledge to support customers, partners, and Clariti teams during all phases of implementation projects.
- Work collaboratively with all project team members and stakeholders.Ā
- Contribute positively to Clariti teams, tools, processes, and mechanisms to enhance the organization's ability to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
- Travel will be required for this position, up to 25%
What you bring to the team?
- 4+ years of comparable work experience
- Experience at other Salesforce consulting firms where you contributed to a new instance of Salesforce implementation and configuration
- Able to interpret user requirements from current state to future state based on customer interviews
- Salesforce Admin Certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months from the date of hire
- Experience leading implementations with clients or working with partners/system integrators
- Experience working in an Agile or āmodified-Agileā environment
- Expert communicator with stakeholders from all levels of an organization
Bonus Points forĀ
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
- Understanding of data migration methodologies to assure the integrity of project data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Visio and Excel
- Domain knowledge in the Public Sector (e.g. Community development, Business Licensing, Permitting, Payment integrations)
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $85,000 - $125,000 based on the candidateās skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy.
