Key Responsibilities
- Complete necessary encounters in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Manage optometrist referral processing and perform benefits verification
- Address out-of-pocket cost ticket requests and respond to eligibility queries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably NexTech or Athena
- Typing speed of 30-40 words per minute
