Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative (English & Creole Fluency is mandatory for this role)

Job Description:
Are you a dedicated, hard-working individual fluent in both English and Creole? Do you have a passion for helping others and the ability to navigate emotionally charged situations with empathy and understanding? If so, we want you to join our team as a Bilingual Call Center Representative for the My Safe Florida Home program.
As a representative, you will be the voice of the My Safe Florida Home program, assisting homeowners with their inquiries, guiding them through the program, and providing the support they need during potentially stressful times. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers feel heard, supported, and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from homeowners participating in the My Safe Florida Home program.
- Provide clear, accurate information about the program in both English and Creole.
- Listen to and understand customer concerns, showing empathy and patience.
- Navigate challenging conversations with emotional callers while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Creole is mandatory.
- 1 year of experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emotional or stressful situations.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate customer management systems.
