Teledetailing Support Representative

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Teledetailing Support Representative
Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday/ an 8-hour between the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM EST.
As a Teledetailing Support Representative, you will conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using a provided script. Your role will involve engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and ensure accurate information is shared. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records of calls in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. This position offers a unique opportunity to hone your communication and sales skills and contribute to the company's growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads in the healthcare industry.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently and to effectively overcome objections and handle rejection
Additional education or training in sales or marketing would be a plus!
