Primary Function
The person in this position will provide customer service support for OEM and direct customers and related duties as determined by the CBI quality system. This is a hybrid position. The hours would be 10:30-7pm Monday through Friday.
Essential Job Function/Duties
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers. Provide necessary information or transfer customer to correct function who can provide requested information.
- Enter, edit, and cancel customer orders using NetSuite. Provide customer with order acknowledgement including estimated ship date.
- Address GHX or NetSuite order errors to ensure order is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Process returns against orders in NetSuite.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry duties in various computer databases.
- Assist Management with other corporate duties when required.
- Mailing, faxing, copying, and filing documents.
- Apply the understanding of Cook Quality Systems Requirements in executing job duties.

Minimum Work Experience/Educational Requirements
- High school diploma and office experience.
- Excellent communication skills that include being pleasant and empathetic.
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in using computers for word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Able to handle multiple and changing priorities along with fluctuations in work load.
- Experience in basic office equipment; i.e., fax, copier, computer, printers, etc.
- Able to work in a team environment and with various people.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Limited exposure to hazardous chemicals used in the manufacture of the product.
- Physical demands are typical of an office and classroom environment.
