What is this opportunity?
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team. This person will play a critical role in implementing products and analyzing customer data to provide insights. Reporting to the Implementation Team lead, you will work closely with your team members in Implementation, R&D, Support, Solutions Engineering, Training, and Customer Success, among others. With an innovative solution that meets a clear market need with growing traction and customer base, this is an amazing opportunity to support the organization as well as increasing the speed to value time during our new customers’ onboarding journey.

How will you contribute?
- Configure and QA the products, identifying issues and escalating as needed
- Support Implementation Managers in User Acceptance Testing with customers
- Maintain and improve documentation, including configuration guides, process workflows, and testing procedures
- Support internal process improvements, identifying inefficiencies and contributing towards workflow enhancements
What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Psychology, Biology), or related coursework.
- 0-2 years of experience through internships, research, or roles in technical support, analysis, or configuration
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, business-minded, technologically and intellectually curious
- Proactive learning mindset and adaptability to new tools. Basic understanding of software configuration and testing a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are a self-starter, you love learning and are always actively looking for opportunities to contribute
- Healthcare or startup experience a plus
- Open to travel opportunities to customer sites

- The base pay range is $55,000-$70,000 a year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
