What You'll Do:
- Lead the implementation of Tackle Software for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and gather client requirements to tailor solutions for customer GTM Strategy.
- Provide expert consultation and support during all phases of the software implementation lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver customized training sessions and documentation for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tackle Software and Cloud Providers.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to refine service offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tackle Software features, updates, and industry best practices around GTM with AWS, GCP, MSFT.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
- Generate and present detailed reports on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
You Should Have:
- Proven experience in software implementation, preferably with Tackle Software or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Hyper Scalers (AWS, GCP, MSFT)
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
$80,000 - $110,000 a year
