The Opportunity
The Feature Activation Specialist will serve a key function within the Onboarding team in the North American Region. Responsibilities will range from client-facing to technical support for the salon-branded app and Phorest Pay terminal set-up, all while maintaining Phorest’s service standards and commitment to excellence.
What you will do
Pay
- Responsible for ordering terminals for our customers
- Setting our customer's pay rates on their system
- Contacting customers who are not using their terminals (inactive terminals)
- Supporting implementing processes for our new Pay solution(s) for North America
- Set up of Phorest Pay terminal for new clients
Branded App
- You will be responsible for all aspects of Phorest’s Salon Branded App, assisting clients with the initial set-up, build, training, launch & adoption of Branded App features and benefits
- Working with internal teams for Branded App setup
- Work across support, grow and sales teams to ensure consistency in Salon Branded App communications and processes
Feature Activation
- Bandwidth verification forms for clients
- Managing all COOs
- Activating ads manager, premium consultation, online rep, and staff performance for newly onboarded clients
- Add online booking widget to salons website for newly onboarded clients

- Own the point of escalation & provide action-based solutions to clients
- Build great internal relationships that support a stellar customer experience around the Salon Branded App & Phorest Pay terminals
