Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU Billing Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.
Role: SAP ISU Billing Analyst
Job Level: Senior Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ. Work from home - Hybrid.
Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
We are seeking a Senior Manager in SAP ISU Billing.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SAP ISU-Billing solution design on client projects
- Support customer workshops and document Business Process Designs
- Be able to design and configure all major areas of ISU-Billing including rate configuration and proration options, billing exceptions, unbilled revenue, and budget billing
- Write strong functional and technical specifications for client enhancements
- Provide best business practices and thought leadership to clients
- Support the functional lead and project coordinator to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Customer Relationship and Billing (CR&B)
- 1 full life-cycle implementations of SAP CR&B with a Billing Focus
- Experience working with an offshore development team
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
