Shift availability: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and/or 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Our ideal Customer Service Representativejob duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Merchants, assisting with inquiries related to the company’s services, including account management, transaction details, and general support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about company policies, procedures, and product features to help them better manage their accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues that require additional support.
- Conduct initial investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, gathering evidence and preparing reports for further action.
- Work closely with the compliance and risk management teams to ensure that all potential fraud cases are handled according to company protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of fraud prevention policies and procedures, providing feedback based on frontline experiences.
Experience and Skills for a Customer Service Representative
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in financial services or a related industry. Experience in fraud detection or prevention is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive customer situations tactfully.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Education/Certification Requirements for Customer Service Representative
Pay Details: $23.27 per hour
