LHH has multiple openings for Remote Customer Service workers in the field of banking and finance. These roles are fully remote and require past. Past call center experience in finance or banking is an absolute must. This is a contract role lasting six months. Duties consist of responding to incoming calls from brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions regarding checking, debit cards, ACH, and bill payments. Also, providing top-notch customer service by adhering to required call techniques, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly, courteously, and with a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Receiving calls from clients, brokers, and financial institutions
- Handling a high volume of calls while providing strong customer service
- Data entry while speaking with customers
- Monitoring payments and answering questions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center environment is required
- Banking or finance experience in a call center environment is mandatory as well
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills in a call center environment
- A consistent level of professionalism at all times
- Problem solving skills

- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (EST)
- 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday (EST)
