Position Summary:
King Cove Federal requires the support of an Operations Administrator. This person will provide support to King Cove Federal and subsidiary companies through management and technical assistance. This position will support all corporate internal systems and processes. Their work supports Executive Management by overseeing projects, communicating with stakeholders, maintaining deadlines, managing operational scheduled rhythm and ensuring resource availability. Continuing education and training are required to maintain proficiency in all systems, processes and industry standards.

- Work under very broad supervision in providing management and technical assistance to projects assigned by Executive Management.
- Regularly exercise independent judgment, as well as a high-level of analytical skill in solving complex technical, administrative, and managerial problems.
- Is responsible for being able to support all aspects of King Cove Federal operations.
- Responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of an organization.
- Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations by planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist in the planning and execution of operational procedures and systems.
- Maintain and update company databases and customer relationship management systems.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Offering administrative support across various organizations and departments.
- Developing and maintaining operational processes and procedures.
- Be responsible for providing set up and data entry tasks within Cost Point ERP system.
- Develop, update and improve business processes across the organization.
- Manage all aspects of assigned project activities.
- Develop and provide reporting for projects assigned by Executive Management.
- Maintain portfolio knowledge to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations.
- Assume the initiative and provide support to Executive Management in identifying future requirements
- Develop, maintain, and implement a battle rhythm to maintain ongoing corporate project schedules.
- Create and manage corporate staff meetings to provide efficiency within all aspects of the organization.
- Provide proposal support including technical editing, formatting and compliance for Government contracts.
- Provide compliance support throughout the organization for state, federal and SBA requirements.
- Provide support internally for contracts through creating, editing and finalizing contract documentation.
- Provide back up support across King Cove Federal for primary staff in credentialed tasks. (FSO, HR, Finance, etc.)
