In this role, The Business Account Administrator is responsible for administrative activities related to assigned clients. Work closely with Sales Team Leader and other support personnel. Main responsibilities include claims, deductions, and promotion forms management; assists with performing administrative activities and facilitates problem resolution by maintaining communication and serving as a liaison to the Sales Team, customer service personnel, and other support staff.
Responsibilities
Β· Administer the claims, deductions, and reconciliation processes by meeting client and customer expectations through maintaining accurate records.
Enter and reconcile Client promotions in Gen Web program.
Β· Process invoices and billing
Β· Assist Business Development Specialist with repayments, receivables, and collections.
Β· Maintain efficient forms management process through consistent application and training.
Β· Administer process for providing Sales Team with accurate and timely promotional contracts.
Β· Maintain Claims, Deductions & promotional materials utilizing ECM (ASM Document Management System)
Β· Support and resolve administrative activities by maintaining communication flow and serving as a liaison for the Sales Team.
Β· Interface with Customers and Clients to ensure outstanding customer service
Β· Assist Sales Team in coordinating events and creating sales presentations

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Β· Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
Β· Excellent customer service orientation
Β· Trade Deductions experience
Β· Strong prioritization skills
Β· Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
Β· Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
Β· Analytical and research Skills
Β· Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers.
